Trade corridors are hypotheses before they are partnerships

Phnom Penh with Miami/Doral can be explored for sourcing and business services; Sihanoukville with South Florida ports for maritime logistics; Siem Reap with Orlando for hospitality knowledge and tourism products. These are editorial research pairings, not formal agreements or evidence that named institutions have endorsed BEEP.

What the official sister-city list tells us

Miami-Dade publishes an official sister-cities register. No Cambodia–Miami-Dade partner is identified on the currently published active list. Until an agreement is independently verified, any proposal should be labeled an outreach opportunity and never marketed as an existing partnership.

Build a qualified public directory

A useful corridor directory includes public institutions, trade chambers, licensed customs specialists, professional associations, ports and sector-specific information sources. Every record needs its own source URL, coverage area and last-reviewed date. Private sales intelligence, leads and factory documents belong in an access-controlled system outside the public directory.

Information is for research and planning, not legal, customs or investment advice.
